Leaf & Grain Library
I read cookbooks like best selling pot boilers.
Don’t smirk. Anyone who clicks a link labeled “Library” on a food site has an appreciation, however secretly held, of the cookbook genre. Or you might just be curious about the teachers who help me hone my culinary skills (the best cookbook authors are, at their hearts, teachers first, recipe writers second).
Here’s a partial list of the cookbooks on my bookshelves. I love them all.
The ones marked with hearts have raggedy edges, dog-eared pages, smudgy fingerprints and schmears of rock-hard flour paste throughout. Signs of much beloved volumes, for sure.
All, plus many more, are available through my Amazon store. Bon appétit, my lovely foodies.
