Crunchy
I love that term, “crunchy,” a riff on the old ’60s adjective, “granola.” Or so I’ve read on the Interwebs. I’m a hippie, whole foods, tree- and animal-hugger at heart, stuck in a modern, moving-way-too-fast industrial world. I haven’t sworn off hair products and microwave ovens just yet, but I’m earnestly expanding my crunchy ways. I run the gamut from growing your own sprouts (crunchy lite) to making your own anti-aging serum (now-we’re-gettin’-down-to-b’ness crunchy). I hope you’ll enjoy following along as I work my way through these new experiences, and perhaps share some of your own.
